Pumaspeed and MAXD Out - ST180 Custom Tuning Perfection.
Many rolling road hours and days have gone into developing the MAXD Out Fiesta ST180 EcoBoost Software. Testing has shown that power levels over 300 bhp are very simple to achieve with all suitable hardware and perfect recalibration files from MAXD Out. With very consernative boost levels of 1.4 bar (which is no more than stock) the ST180 EcoBoost Motor can run in excess of 300 bhp with ease.
The Stage 4-X tune will suit all GTX 2860 based Turbo Kits and has shown figures of over 340 bhp. The Stage 4-X tune is now available from the Pumaspeed Head Office workshop, or via mail order with the help of the Simple Plug and Play MAXD Out Tuning Box. This Stage 4-X unit includes five tuning files -  Stage 1 to suit 200-210 bhp + Stage 2 to suit 225-239 bhp + Stage 3 to suit 250-280 bhp + Stage 4 to suit 295-330 bhp + Stage 4-X to suit 310-330 bhp.

The new Pumaspeed Custom Tuning Software will give you total control by enabling you to download any of our tuning files and upload them as many times as you want with the aid of a simple Windows based Laptop or PC. We can even write custom files to suit your own modifications and email them for you to upload!

MAXD tune files available:

  Stage 1   -  Up to 210 bhp with no or minimal hardware modifications.
                   - Smooth progressive low boost factory-like calibration, a perfect addition giving extra drivability and economy.

  Stage 1+ -  Up to 215 bhp with no or minimal hardware modifications.
                   - More aggressive high torque 98 octane calibration, a perfect addition giving extra drivability and economy.

  Stage 2   -  Up to 225 bhp with some Stage 2 bolt on Air Filter, Intercooler and Exhaust modifications.
                   - A very well mannered drive with a good initial hit of torque and a smooth progressive lift in power.
  
Stage 2+ -  Up to 235 bhp with all Stage 2 bolt on Air Filter, Intercooler and Exhaust modifications.
                   - More aggressive high torque 98 octane calibration, a strong hit of torque and a smooth progressive lift in power.
 
  Stage 3   -  Up to 270 bhp with the Stage 2 Pumaspeed Hybrid Turbo plus all available bolt on hardware
                   - The most powerful safe mapping available with total reliability day to day and perfect low rev manners.
 
 Stage 3+-  Up to 280 bhp with Pumaspeed X-27 Hybrid Turbo, Quickspool Tubular Manifold and all available bolt on hardware.
                   - The most powerful Hybrid Turbo mapping available with total reliability day to day and perfect low rev manners.
 
  Stage 4   -   Up to 325 bhp with the Garrett GT2860 Turbo plus all suitable bolt on hardware.
                   - Giant Slaying Power and day to day drivabilty.
 
  Stage 4-X -  Up to 350 bhp with the Garrett GTX2860 Turbo plus all suitable bolt on hardware.
                    - Race Spec Software not for the faint hearted.
